Dan Rodriguez is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with a diverse background and a wealth of experience in the industry.
Dan is a dedicated REALTOR® who specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Central Massachusetts. In 2024, he became a part of Lamacchia Realty following its acquisition of Sears Real Estate.
Dan brings a unique blend of expertise, integrity, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Before embarking on his successful career in real estate, Dan earned his stripes as an engineer, spending nearly two decades working in the industry.
A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Dan furthered his education by obtaining a master’s degree from Western New England University. His engineering background equipped him with analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities that serve him well in his current role as a Real Estate Broker.
Dan’s passion for real estate and a desire to work in the family business eventually led him to make the transition from engineering to Real Estate. Drawing on his experience and expertise, Dan seamlessly integrated into the real estate industry, quickly establishing himself as a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients.
As a licensed builder, Dan brings a unique perspective to his role as a real estate broker. His in-depth knowledge of construction and property development allows him to provide invaluable insights to clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing in real estate. From evaluating properties for renovation potential to guiding clients through new construction projects, Dan’s expertise covers a wide spectrum of real estate transactions.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dan is a devoted family man. He and his wife Josephine (Sears) are proud parents to four children and grandparents to two grandchildren, with two more on the way. Dan’s dedication to his family serves as a driving force in both his personal and professional life, instilling values of integrity, hard work, and dedication in all that he does.
